DELIVERY TIME
Given the handcrafted nature of avindy jewelry, delivery time will vary from 7-14 business days depending on the type of piece you order. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. All orders shipped within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and a tracking number will be sent with shipping confirmation. Orders may be expedited for an additional charge. Please email customerservice@modernphilosophyjewlery.com if you need expedited shipping.

International shipping:
All International orders under $100.00 will ship via USPS First Class mail. Please note that this service may take an unspecified amount of time to arrive and does not include tracking. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties due upon delivery, and shipments lost in the mail. Unfortunately there is no insurance available with International shipping and therefore, so I am unable to issue refunds on lost shipments.

If you wish to have your international package tracked, please contact me to arrange a quote for Priority or Express Mail shipping. Costs will vary and is based upon destination. Below are ESTIMATED costs:

Priority Mail International (6-10 days): $32.00 - $44.00
Express Mail International (5 days): $34.00 - $46.00

All orders over $100.00 will be automatically shipped Priority Mail International and will include insurance and tracking. You may receive an additional invoice for the added shipping charge after your initial purchase.

REPAIRS:
Our jewelry is designed to represent and encourage the wearer to achieve their goal or intention. Many, including Modern Philosophy, believe that a breakthrough or sign of achievement has been reached when a piece of jewelry breaks. It represents a sign of moving to the next level or on to the next as an act of continuosly moving forward. WIth that said your energy also changes so perhaps its a great time to find a new companion on your next journey!

However, if your item has broken within 30 days after your purchase, we will happily repair the item free of charge. You will only need to cover shipping the item back to us along with proof of purchase. Please contact us first for instructions on how to send your item.

RETURNS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. If the item is returned in good condition within 7 days of receiving it, I will refund your payment minus the original shipping costs. The return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
